It can rather remain latent for years and then cause a relapse in the disease. This is interesting because symptoms may return to people who may seem asymptomatic after a period of latency. Very similar to some of the parasites we looked at like some Leishmania species. Having this ability allows gives a false sense of security to whomever is infected giving an upper hand to the parasite.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
