Not knowing, I bought a home in NE Ohio that is surrounded by old oak trees. Asthma, hair loss, swelling - all results of the emergence cycles. I can't see any other explanation since it all charts out. My allergist ran all the tests and no results were found except an allergy to mold. They couldn't test for massospora cicadina specifically, so I have no proof. Being the type of person who wants explanations, I now know more about cicadas than I ever thought I would.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6094038346173044955.post-48889667289062323552018-05-10T21:55:11.797-04:002018-05-10T21:55:11.797-04:00They're called stage 1 and 2, but it is not as...They're called stage 1 and 2, but it is not as if they stage 1 eventually develop into stage 2 - they are different forms of the same pathogen. I guess it would be more correct to call one "Type A" or "Type B", but "stage 1 and stage 2" was the naming convention that was decided upon.Tommy Leunghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06421993204602775597noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6094038346173044955.post-14457996316327951632018-04-20T13:02:20.254-04:002018-04-20T13:02:20.254-04:00interesting..thanks for the postinteresting..thanks for the postAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09297027977942013229noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6094038346173044955.post-73443925997128997912018-04-16T19:13:20.253-04:002018-04-16T19:13:20.253-04:00Pretty disturbing.
